Privacy Policy

When you submit the “Request a demo” form, we collect the details you enter:

• Your name
• Your venue name (optional)
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The date and time of your request

To block spam and repeat submissions, we also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet (IP) address. We cannot read your actual IP address from it.

This website does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers.

We use your information only to respond to your demo request — to contact you, schedule a walkthrough, and answer your questions about TabsTrack. When you submit the form, our team receives an email notification with your details so we can follow up.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. Your details are kept in our secure database and passed only to the service providers that host this site and deliver our internal notification emails, solely so they can provide those services to us.

Demo requests are stored in a private database that cannot be read publicly. Only the TabsTrack team can access them. We keep requests for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records, and delete them on request.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing us.
